NTU will pay you a sign-on bonus of $15,000 for a direct employment to a hospital in exchange for only a one-year commitment! This is in addition to competitive salary and benefits our client hospitals will offer based on your experience and specialty. This is not an agency, traveling or per diem assignment. You will be a full time employee of the hospital! Our client hospitals are very reputable organizations and are recognized to provide employees with a caring working environment.
