Raymund Raval, RN, Founder, CEO and President of Nurses To U.S.A., graduated from University of Santo Tomas, Philippines and College of San Mateo in California. Mr. Raval recognized the growing need for nurses throughout the United States; thereby, developing a recruitment strategy that would not only fulfill the dreams of nurses from his native country, but also drastically reduce the nursing shortage in the United States. Mr. Raval is dedicated to the nursing profession and only recruits skilled, experienced and motivated nurses.

Galileo Encabo, E. S., Chief Operating Officer and Liaison for Visayas and Mindanao, is a former University of the Philippines Professor in Biology. He is currently a licensed Environmental Health Specialist in the State of Florida. His background in the Pure Sciences and Higher Education makes him a very valuable member of our team. Screening, referrals, planning policies and procedures will be his main contribution to our group.

Jose M. Baltazar, III, Company Auditor, is a graduate of Saint Louis University with a B.S. in Business Management. He has 14 years of Managerial and Auditing experience from Sheraton, Holiday Inn and Marriott Hotels.

Rosario Toledo, RN, Executive Secretary, graduated from the University of Santo Tomas and has previously worked at Shand's Teaching Hospital at the University of Florida in Gainesville, Florida. Ms. Toledo is currently employed as a travel nurse in the United States. She works diligently with our team to help recruit nurses from the Philippines.

Lourdes Ma. Orallo, MD, Executive Adviser, is a graduate of the University of East Ramon Magsaysay Memorial Medical Center in the Philippines. As a physician, Dr. Orallo is well aware of the nursing shortage in the United States. She has multiple ties with physicians in the Philippines who are capable of identifying potential nurses who are well qualified to fill the vacant nursing positions in the United States.

Amor Baby G. Toledo, MD, Northern Philippine Liason, is a graduate from University of Perpetual Help Rizal, Philippines. As a Physician, she is believed to be a strategic connection not only to nurses but to MD-RNs as well. She aims to help identify qualified nurses who wants to work in the United States.

Roberto M. Trinos, Jr., RRT Screener and Nurse Advisor, is a graduate of UCLA-SMC School of Respiratory Therapy, Los Angeles, California and the University of the East, Manila, Philippines with Bachelor of Science in Zoology. For the past six years he has been working at Shands Hospital at the University of Florida Adult and Pediatric Intensive Care Units.

David John Pua, Nurse Recruiter, He is a registered nurse who is currently working at a major hospital in Manila. He is responsible for distributing information to nurses who are interested to work in the United States. He guides and advises applicants on what documents are needed to process their immigration papers. He implements policies and procedures coming from the main office in Florida.

Norman Galang, Nurse Screener, graduated with B.S. in Economics from San Sebastian College, Manila, Philippines. Has 15 years experience in the marketing and accounting divisions of Marriott Hotels, Remington Hotels and Hilton Hotels in the United States.

Rowena O. Rodriguez, LL.B., NTU Coordinator in Manila, is a Bachelor of Laws graduate of the University of the East in the Philippines. She facilitates the collection and distribution of documents that nurse recruits need in order to get a visa for the United States. She also coordinates all the preparations needed for the recruitment seminars in the different cities in the Philippines.

Gwen Belarmino, RN Nurse Education Cosultant, Clinical Instructor in one of Cebu's Nursing school, University of Cebu. Aims to produce nursing graduates who can perform competently in the workplace, with technical expertise to do their job as well as exhibits knowledge and skills comparable to global standards and more importantly respects values, rights, and dignity of human beings. With experience as a Staff Nurse in Neonatal Intensive Care Unit(NICU), cared for term and preterm infants under critical stage in their neolife for more than four years.
